What is a Malgra Account?
You can now create one of two different accounts to access services across the Malgra Network.

Our free account allows you limited access to resources through our website and on Facebook. There’s no charge for this, however you may need to login to access certain content.

If you create a Malgra Plus account, you’ll receive access to a wide range of benefits listed above. We’re also looking to add new services to the listing, and these are expected to be included in the same subscription.

Malgra Plus members also receive premium priority support, through live chat and email, should they have any queries with our services or their subscription.

How much is a Malgra Account?
  • There is no charge for a Malgra Free account.
  • Malgra Plus is currently £25 per month.

What payment options are there?

We accept payment by credit or debit card from any of the major operators (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

How secure is it using my credit/debit card?

All billing operations are performed over a secure connection so that your personal information remains confidential

How often will I be billed?
As a subscription service, we automatically bill your credit card or PayPal account depending on your subscription term. Our Malgra Plus account is charged annually.

You will receive an email confirmation whenever a payment is made.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you set it otherwise in your account area.

What will appear on my bank / credit account statement?
We use both Stripe and PayPal as our payments provider.

You will see either of these payment processors and Malgra Limited is the name you will see on your billing statement

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, and you will not be billed again. This can be done within your membership account, or by contacting our team at least 3 working days before payment is due.

Once cancelled, your Malgra Plus membership will remain active until it’s expiration date.

Can I share my account with friends/family/colleagues?
Your support enables us to continue building a better service.

We encourage everyone who uses our service to pay for their own Malgra Plus account.

Our system can identify multiple logins and where items are downloaded erratically or from unfamiliar locations. If your account is identified, it may be suspended temporarily whilst we reset and clarify any such action.
