New help and support options

To make it easier to get in touch with our team, we’re upgrading our help and support options.

We’re enhancing the support available to members utilising our current Helpdesk messaging software to include live chat* functionality on our website. We’re migrating accounts over to the new system, and once active, you’ll see a ‘Get Help!’ icon appear at the bottom of your screen – simply tap this, and you’ll be shown a number of support options.

As part of this, we’ll be removing our Facebook Messenger chat to ensure we correspond through one platform – however there is an option to message us through our Facebook page which will be responded to through our portal. For the quickest response, our live chat function is the best way.

If you have to head off and come back later, your messages will be saved through ‘cookies’ on your device, so we can pickup where we were before, should you need to leave the website for any reason.

We’re also currently trialling a number of other options (including WhatsApp Chat) and we’re hoping to review the options for this before the end of summer.
