We aim to provide all services on demand, when you need them – however occasionally due to maintenance or system unavailability, there may be times when something isn’t available. We try to minimise this activity, however this page provides real-time updates on the network.

Covid-19 – Changes to support / response times from Malgra

Due to reduced staffing, and delays with suppliers due to the pandemic, we’re currently experiencing a delay of approximately 7 working days for the following services: Facebook Messenger Queries, Email Support, MalgraBooks Document Processing.
