We’ll be running scheduled maintenance on Saturday 8 May between 8am and 10am on our cloud spreadsheet system as we upgrade existing spreadsheets to v9.05. During this time, cloud spreadsheets will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience – the early morning on Saturdays are traditionally when we run updates as the number of people using the system is at its lowest.
If you are using a downloaded spreadsheet, the below fixes/updates will not be updated for you – this is because once downloaded, Malgra is unable to retrospectively update these for you. However a new version of the spreadsheet will be available should you wish to transpose any information across.
Changes to the system for v9.05 are listed below.
- Fix: Mileage Tracker – dates corrected to reflect 21/22 financial year
The mileage trackers are currently showing the wrong financial year. This change will update so that months should the correct timeframe (e.g. April 2021 instead of April 2020). The update is purely cosmetic as the labels are incorrect on current versions
- Update: Relief Group Tracker – change to validation error
The relief group tracker is erroneously showing a message when the correct date timeframe is entered in the field. We’re updating the background validation to ensure this corrects the error. In the meantime, a full date (year) must be entered – for example, 6/4/2021 – the system will not accept the value if the year is entered in the short form, e.g. 6/4/21. This again is a cosmetic fix and does not impact data
- Fix: Support link error
The support link is being updated to direct users to the correct location as we’re aware that the current link brings a 404 (file not found) error message.
- Minor: A minor test update will also be added for some users who are trialling our Mobile App.
